Document security:
Tracking and control of documents being packed is performed using barcode and OMR readers as well as verification of the generated job (the machine stops if an error occurred during printing of data on the invoice form, thereby eliminating the possibility of sending incorrect payment slips).
Process control: The control program automatically creates log files that show the list of packed documents (date, selected barcode, page number, etc.). This function prevents packing a double-printed document and reveals an irregularity if any document planned for printing did not enter the inserting process.
