This type of sticker is suitable for die-cutting or nesting; kiss-cut is a finishing we perform on various machines. Small print runs are done on a digital cutter while for large series a die is produced that can be used on different die-cutting machines located in our production facility. How to apply and remove a PVC sticker yourself

• PVC stickers are easy to apply when you know how. Whether the substrate is glass, metal, wood or a wall, stickers should be applied slowly. If you follow the step-by-step instructions below, you will avoid the risk of the sticker shifting and becoming crooked, as well as the appearance of bubbles that can form when air is trapped under the sticker. Of course, if you do not have the patience to brand and decorate your space yourself, you can always call a professional to do it for you.
  
• Before you start applying the sticker, clean the surface where you intend to stick it. This will allow better adhesion. Also, if the sticker has transparent parts, you will avoid the possibility of stains on the wall or glass showing through. Wait for the area to dry well before you continue.
  
• Mark with a pencil or marker the exact spot where the sticker will be positioned, so you will be sure it is not placed crooked, too low or too high. Of course, do this before you peel off the backing paper from the adhesive side of the sticker.
  
• Place it on the marked spot and secure it with adhesive tape along the top edge.
  
• Peel the sticker (so that it is facing upside down) and slowly remove the backing paper. Be careful not to touch the adhesive surface.
  
• Now gently press the upper layers of the sticker moving downward. Use a plastic squeegee so the adhesive surface adheres to the substrate as well as possible. This will prevent the formation of bubbles.
  
• If wrinkles appear, slowly lift that part of the sticker and reapply it.
  
• Finally, run the plastic squeegee across the entire surface once more and the job is done. Don’t forget to remove the adhesive tape from the top edge.
  If you have an old sticker where the new one should go, you have one more task – to remove the old one. To do this as easily as possible use the following trick: heat the area so the adhesive loosens and slowly pull toward yourself. You can use a hairdryer for heating. Just be careful not to damage the surface underneath.
